"A rougelike 2D card game"
2018-2019
About

When Flowers Bloom is a card game that has a unique cost system. The costs (like manas in Hearthstone) have attributes. Different effects of a card would be triggered if players choose different attributes of costs to activate the card.

Cooperated with one of my friends, my duty included:
- Designed the core mechanics of the game.
- Programmed the entire game.
- Designed UI/UX of the game.

PS: The art assets came from the game ウチの姫さまがいちばんカワイイ, and were redesigned by my friend to be used in this game. This game was not for business use.

Edit Deck Scene

Players could edit their decks in this scene. They must put 30 different cards in a deck to start a battle. Totally over 100 different cards are designed in this game. Cards are divided into 3 types. The first type of card called magic would consume different attributes of costs to activate different effects. The second type of card called ability would only have one effect and would have no requirement on the attributes. The third type of card called ability would remain on the field for several turns and be triggered continuously while it is on the field.
Players could use tags (of types and costs) to quickly search for the cards they want in this scene.
